      Some great co-workers. You normally get a raise each year and a small bonus. Big bonuses go to management/owners

      Cons

      Some great co-workers but filled with nepotism. No opportunity for advancement. a lot of archaic software and systems. Staying here may make you fall behind in technological skills

      Very few if any If your lazy and dont want anything out of your life probably good for you.

      Cons

      No long term or short term disability, no 401k, wages are very low, very dirty, lots of nepotism
