Pros
Good culture and and very skilled people on all the product areas. Schantz embraces new technologies and there is management will to constantly improve the products they have. Salaries are competitive and if you like finance, this is the place to be.
Cons
Currently the code base for some of the products is very unstructured but this is going to chance as there is a big refactoring coming up.
