      Pros

      This has been the best place I've ever worked in my career. Management treats the staff very well and you are rewarded for hard work. Everyone here is very friendly and intelligent. I was very fortunate to get a job here. I can't recommend enough.

      Cons

      They have some growing pains as a small company that does business on a large scale.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, smart & dynamic. Continual training for the sale teams, a lot of meetings for company inspiration. A lot of staff lunches & staff appreciation activities.

      Cons

      Top Principals are never around-not interested in real time management of company, only in the $ business generates. They basically sell insurance programs to the wealthy for huge fees & commissions. The financial managers bring in the money and the knowledgeable staff is more of a liability. Too many Managers, too many Chiefs, always passing the buck. High turnover due to frustration.
