Pros

I'm unable to find any pros as really frustrated at the moment.

Cons

In the beginning the cooperation was nice, after a few months they were late with one invoice but I was paid for eventually. In July I carried out a few tasks and they owe me over 100 euros. They don't take phone calls, if I finally reach them they say someone will get back to me. Sent dozen emails, nobody is answering. For a mother with small kids this amount is really significant especially in the domain of Mystery Shopping. I don't understand how you can treat your employees like this even if they are part time. When you call the number Austria is shown as location but you can hear some East European language on the answering machine. I'm really fed up with this, can anyone help me please with getting my money back from them???
