Cons

Ownership operates like an older men’s club with outdated values and culture. The organizational structure could be improved, and work-life balance does not consistently align with current workplace standards. Leadership struggles to adapt to current times and resists change. There’s little room for younger employees to learn, make mistakes, and grow the business, which ultimately limits long-term progress.

- the comp time is really nice - they are never judgemental or rude about staff using their comp/vacation time -the coworkers are all really nice - they have fun get togethers so you can get to know your coworkers from other locations - you work with a lot of local people and local businesses, so you feel included in the community

Cons

- things can move slow due to the multi-step check back process. Which is sometimes hard to convey to clients - if you stop by and say hello to a coworker and ask about their day you will most likely be scolded - you will be punished for making mistakes but rarely appreciated for helping them
