Good autonomy and support from managers. Fulfilling work as you get to make a positive impact on many communities in the area. The company does a good job with volunteering and giving back and treats people with respect.

Cons

Strong leadership, great comradery, does right by the client.

Cons

MIT based admin team means that there's a lot of that mentality in the leadership, and operation of the company. May not be for everyone, and can hold some back at times.
