      Working at Schill Insurance has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The culture here is supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented—you really feel like part of a family. The education and training program is robust, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development. On top of that, Schill knows how to have fun! From small in-office celebrations to large company-wide events, there’s always something to look forward to. It’s a place where your contributions are valued and your success is celebrated.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, things can move quickly, and change is frequent. At times, this can lead to some growing pains—like adjusting to new processes or systems before they feel fully refined. Depending on your role, workload can fluctuate, and it may take time to find the right balance. Communication between locations is generally good but still has room to improve as the company continues to scale. That said, leadership is open to feedback and genuinely working to address these challenges.
