      Ed Schipul and Rachel is all about knowledge sharing. They want you to grow and expand.

      Cons

      None really. The company is open minded - pro women , equal pay, leadership , team players, support each and everyone .

      Great team experience and environment. Never afraid to make a mistake and had plenty of mentors

      Pros

      Great place to launch a web career. Generous with training. Perfect environment for experimenting with new ideas, processes and technologies or tools. Really big on "personal branding." Lots of pizza, beer, and camaraderie. They tend to hire extremely talented and intelligent people.

      Cons

      The work is demanding and the pay is terrible. No secret is safe. Cliques abound. CEO has a mercurial temperament --at best. Though bright and talented, their staff tends to be young and inexperienced.
