      Pros

      Flexibility and good life balance. Good colleagues.

      Cons

      This company has the worst management I've ever seen. Nothing works well and everything is a mess. There is a big difference in treatment between Prague and Munich office. Management is very bad, there is no career progress, no ambition in helping people to grow. There are no salary increases, at all !

      CSR manager needs better training, doesn't take corrective reviews very well, is always defensive, and wants everything her way. She doesn't listen to understand, she listens to respond.
