Bad management, supervisors showing favoritism, unfair treatment

Jaded, cynical, and rude management. No opportunities for promotion or even to switch departments. Terrible pay which is capped at $10 for part time employees even if they have worked there for many many years. The benefits are a joke. The insurance plans are costly, PTO requires approval from management so never during any holidays, your availability has to be wide open, employees need to be full time (40hours) to receive ANY benefits. Under staffed and under paid leads to very low employee morale and a high turnover rate.
