This is not a friendly atmosphere. I’ve experienced alot of combativeness, mistreatment and bullying from coworkers including some nurses. There is little to no help or support. It seems to be everyone for themselves
Very short and staff and overworked Pay does not equal work Management is very rude They throw linen on the floor it’s disgusting and that’s how they train trainees. Cnas are very rude to residents.
