The teachers were great colleagues. Most were always willing to provide support

Cons

The hours are long on the site and you spend just as much time working at home.

Relatively strong school culture Somewhat strong school network Leadership team works well with teachers

Cons

Too much focus on standardized scores and data at times. Few incentives to stay in the classroom versus move up into the leadership team School systems need revisiting
