-Location is harder to get to from Southern Sydney but flexible working arrangements help greatly

- There are some genuinely nice people among the toxicity
Cons
- Codebase needs a lot of improvement. For this to happen, all junior developers need to be willing to learn and not just directly copy and pasting from Stack Overflow. Any suggestion from senior developers to improve is met with a ton of resistance. - Most of the people in the company are friends with the CEO. It is very difficult for new people to integrate into the company because of this. The CEO is a lovely person and clearly cares about the company but has a difficult time managing his friends who can be quite toxic. - Huge lack of communication between management and dev team, especially when it comes to deadlines.
