The majority of my work was field sales , flexibility and term time were key elements to the post. The staff I worked with were great and made some long term friends during my fixed term contract.
Cons
Being a fixed term contract meant that I bonded with the company and it left me deflated when I had to finish my term.
The business model was very sporadic, management made decisions and changes too often, very cliquey .
