      Handful of really great employees that give it 100%.

      Cons

      As an employee, the company feels as if it is in a tough spot, spiraling downward. The management acts desperately as they scramble to find a way out. Unfortunately, this desperation has taken a toll on the company culture, leaving it unrecognizable from what it was a year ago. To compound the challenges, the arrival of so-called "new" leadership, with questionable credentials, has only worsened the situation. Their introduction of outdated methods that fail to align with the demands of the modern world further underscores the need for drastic changes and fresh thinking.
