Pros

Great company, new management, very exciting and empowering. They seem to be focused on results and they communicate pretty good. Pay is fair. Our limits are kind of based on a bad market right now.

Cons

Our rigs are tied to the price of oil and mining. When those prices are down our sales go down. Water looks to be a declining segment.

50% up to 10% 401k match. Many projects available that would wear out the most ambitious of characters if that appeals to you.

Cons

Low pay. Tough and cyclical business. Recently sold from previously being an employee owned company. Newly introduced and unattainable bonus structure. Accomplishment often buried or stolen by inter company politics. Low morale.
