Overtime... and To learn exactly what you don't want to find in your next job..

Cons

Supervisors (1 in particular) cares nothing about employees.. she has caused many many many employees to leave and or quit. She tells you to do something one way.. then wants it done differently the next.. and you get in trouble for doing it how she originally instructed you to do so..the quality team and management can't get a clear picture on what will pass and what will fail.. 2 companies merging was a disaster.. people from Jersey want it done the jersey way.. people from lewisburg want it ran that way.. it's a mess!

There are some nice people working here.

Cons

No teamwork and management only cares that pencils are being made. People who have been there for 16+ years believe that they are doing everything right and when things go wrong it is someone else's fault.

Easy place to work a lot of opportunity to improve existing processes. A few really good people, with good ideals.

Cons

Management will let you go, based on lies from long term employees. They can only do things one way, the way they have been doing it for 17 years. This does not make it correct. Packaging area is the definition of a sweat shop, 120 degrees s in the Summer, 45 degrees in he winter.
