Pros

Great experience with sales and promotion set up.

Cons

Schedule is always all over the place. Parker loves talking about his employs behind their backs in a negative light. Promises you a salary of 500-700/week. But really your lucky to see an average of 200-300/week. Before working for this company I strongly advise you look up smart circle. I worked for the company for 2 months before I resigned. I put over 4500 miles on my car just working for them. I was filling up my tank at least twice a week. They were supposed to reimburse for gas and miles but only give you $11 a day and only if you leave from the office first.

Best way to gain real-world experience.

Pros

They have a management training program that overloads people with real-world experience. It's probably the best thing for my resume...ever. Management, sales, marketing, event-planning, forecasting, scheduling, recruitment- all in a very fast paced environment. If you're fresh out of school and only have internships on your resume this would literally be the best thing you can do.

Cons

They make it look really easy...but it's A LOT of hard work.
