      Pros

      Incredible flexibility and autonomy that you will find hard to beat elsewhere. Interesting work and product. Really fun team and always have a lot of fun at meet ups. Opportunity to progress and take responsibility that you wouldn't get in a large company.

      Cons

      Working remotely is great although some people may not like this.

      Big pro is the remote working They also have a £750 home office allowance that you can expense, not that I got to use it

      Cons

      Impossibly high standards after just a few weeks working there Next to no training Basically no support and when asked, made to feel stupid for asking as if you should already know after just a few weeks

      Working remotely and the freedom to work from anywhere

      Cons

      Seriously high turnover. I seen at least 10 employees quit or be terminated without notice within my time there. If you have a science degree, don't waste your time here. You will take 10 steps backwards. This is a place for sales people, not scientists. Pay is low too.
