Cons
I have never seen a workforce so motivated to contribute and yet constantly degraded by the management. Pent up frustration can create an extremely negative environment. Communicating to managers is of no use since they have been reduced to mere puppets in the hands of the management. No power is given to them and their suggestions are shot down. You are expected to work 24*7 and not have a life at all. No appreciation for work and constant humiliation completely breaks the self confidence of a person and while you might end up learning a thing or two about data science you end up with no passion to work, losing more than you gained. I have seen people break down in front of me. If you work well you are given more work. No appreciation or bonus.
