It seems there is absolute zero way to move up in this place. All the higher-up positions are people who have stayed there for upwards of a decade. I'm glad they have a stable job, but I do wish there was some way to work your way up at SMO, or at least eventually get some sort of raise, It's a very rare chance that a higher-up position opens up. Also, the workload dump is real. Guests and parents see us as babysitters, instead of facilitators which is annoying. Most times, expect to be exhausted at the end of the day, emotionally and physically! I've also witnessed a few issues with HR barely doing anything about serious situations involving staff.
