Co workers were the best.

Cons

Only got 1 raise in 6 years, even after managing a couple accounts. New employees with less experience were getting paid way more and was training them. no incentives. No training to further experience.

Poorly run, promised better healthcare got worse, management is only worried about themselves and not the employees or customers. Asking employees to invest. They are going around buying out smaller companies and running them aground.

To many investors. The company is constantly trying to get bigger but does not focus on employee concerns. Not focusing on what's most important for the company's long-term success.
