      Great atmosphere, better people

      Pros

      Scientel offered so many different learning experiences while expecting very little prior knowledge. The internship was extremely relaxed and focused more on teaching the interns then actual tasks getting done.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was not enough work for the interns, leaving us going days at a time with absolutely nothing to do. Some may view this as a pro.

      Safety team had no knowledge of proper Licensing requirements of company vehicles Never had parts needed to do job. Always had to take parts from one project to complete another Complete Lack of any organization in warehouse
