Really toxic work environment

Pros

Remote work and fair pay. Great place to get a promotion if you thrive in toxic environments.

Cons

I'm writing this so you don't make the same mistake I made. I quit my job because mobbing, sexism and micromanagement were my day-to-day and I had no support at all once my manager was fired for no reason. People from all departments would micromanage me and take the credit for my work. Most people in the company are friends with the management but have very little or no expertise. However, they will tell you how to do your job. Some people are intouchable and they can bully you, but if you speak up you will be punished. Some ethically questionable practices are carried out and nobody seems to care. Most valuable people I've met in this company have quit for the same reasons or have been fired for rejecting to adapt to the nonsense, while others with no knowledge are promoted. Don't apply if you can't handle really toxic work environments.

Run away

Pros

Remote work, sometimes good salary

Cons

Too often, valuable people are unfairly fired, with managers lacking industry experience at the helm. The management is absolutely dehumanizing, promoting micromanagement, unpaid overtime, and a tense environment. Don't be deceived by their web design or the title 'best place to work'; it's a lie. If possible, run away.
