      - good athomsphere between peers - easy going working athmosphere

      Cons

      - salary and recognition - silo mindset - in many ways lacking real ambition (or understanding?) to move organisation forward - no benefits whatsoever (no discounts, no birthday or Christmas or any other present), no sponsoring of sports or sports event. At least free water :) - No interest by organisation to build employee interest in products
