- Depending on the project/team, work life balance can be fine or plain horrific
- Same managerial role sometimes being shared by multiple people just doesn't work well.. Similarly if the same person holds multiple managerial roles.
- The Tunis-office management looks problematic
- Months in, a promising new Data Science venture still doesn't carry it's own weight (due to management?)
- Company culture hasn't yet evolved beyond building prototypes, lacking the technical perspective required for robust, production-ready applications some clients expect today
- Not the place for ultra-competitive compensation potential if that's what you are looking for (for everybody else, pay and benefits are pretty good)
