- Lots of room for collaboration between departments - Encouraged and exciting career growth opportunities - Great pay and potential compensation based on impact
Cons
- It may be a con to some, so I will put it here, but like many startups, the pace is fast, and processes are often changing. This is either exciting or stressful, depending on who you are!

Pros
I've had the opportunity to grow with the company over the last several years, from marketing to operations. -Work impacts clean tech and sustainability -Autonomy in projects -Senior management is open to new ideas and experimenting new things -Flexibility in schedule (I'm in a non-customer facing role)
Cons
-Remote team (which is great but it's mostly Zoom calls) -It can be stress as we take on new projects and expand into new markets
