- 401k matching - Staff: it's impossible to dislike the staff. The manager embodies leadership- he's empathetic and really cares about the therapists and their growth. He juggles so much yet always radiates positivity. The office manager is so incredibly personable and efficient and probably the best out there at what she does. - Perfect structure for the highly autonomous therapist yet never lacking in guidance when needed.
