      You get free food and passes

      No upward mobility Poor wages (senior leadership is making less than $65,000 a year so positions under that certainly don’t pay as much. Owners don’t care for employees Company is failing, only the hotels are profitable and the beer garden. Splash is losing money, and peak n peak is losing money. Sons of Mr Scott hold leadership strictly because of Nepotism, very little to no business knowledge between the two.

      Every day was something different which kept things exciting. Monthly corporate lunches and happy hours.

      Cons

      Expected to work weekends without compensation. Other property managers aren't held to the same standards that you are. If you don't bring in money you are overlooked. IT Team isn't knowledgeable enough to do their jobs.
