Very short-lived, and forgettable.

Pros

The vibe throughout the office in general was okay, however some of the girls on the administrative end were a bit trifling with a ghetto mentality. Aside from that, I wasn't employed there for long enough to observe or experience any other pros.

Cons

Was brought on to be a PT Aide -- even though I had absolutely no prior experience in that arena -- but also did some clinical and admin medical assistant work. Personally felt like I had no structure, and the $7.25/hr salary didn't help either. So glad I left.

No Pros........ this place was a nightmare to work for........

Cons

Many cons....... CEO and higher ups only cared about making money. I would never recommend Scott Medical to any patient or employee looking for a new job. The Chiropractors were pushy and inappropriate. Also not guaranteed to be paid on time.

Pros

Fun place to work when so called "Executive Director" isn't shouting out conflicting procedures. . Patients are sole reason to stay there. There are a few good employees who really care about the patients.

Cons

Constant turnover of employees, no training, upper management is disrespectful to employees, management is constantly changing the work flow methods and doesn't inform everyone it pertains too and when you tell them you weren't given any notice on the changes, their standard reply is yes I sent you an email or I told everyone last week, etc.
