      Lots of work = stability and job security. Helpful staff and good HR department. Really good training plans

      Really low pay. Actually couldn't afford to work there.

      Majority of team are lovely and friendly

      Cons

      Some of team are just lazy and get away with it because management have their favourites. Training is non existent by people who clearly care be bothered
