      I love my job

      Pros

      Autonomy, Freedom, flexibility. Open to new ideas. Work/life balance and mental health if very important to HR and staff.

      Cons

      I see people complaining about salaries. Whether that is true or not, the benefits, flexibility and respect definitely out weigh any possible salary complaints in my opinion.

      This is an amazing place to work. Smart people and great cases. There is a real sense of camaraderie among the attorneys

      No real downside, but this is a challenging job. To be successful, one has to stay focused and work hard.
