Pros

Work from home flexibility. That’s about it.

Cons

Zero training for new hires, other than rudimentary systems training. Training is put onto the producers, so your growth is really dependent on them, if you’re new to the industry. If you’re a POC, you will be paid less for doing the same job functions. No POC in any leadership roles. Pay is extremely inconsistent. Some producers will give you a bonus, some won’t. The company was bought by a retail agency company & rebranded. It doesn’t change the fact that there is no management or leadership structure. You’re just a number and easily replaced. There are much better options if you want to grow on the MGA side. Insurance carriers laugh at this company and they lose markets/partners routinely.
