      Really good teams and support Friendly staff and HR Good Hours Good Remuneration Empathetic Work Environment Work from home ( pro for some)

      Slow / Unstructured onboarding - training isn't properly structured. Slow and outdated software - a lot of data entry Work from home ( con for some)
