Pros

Quality of work is pretty bad actually

Cons

The management is ruthless and irresponsible. The way they fire employees is Inhumane. CDO and the HR just want you to submit your laptop and leave the office premise as soon as possible. They have a lot of initiatives where they make ppl believe that they care about employees but actually they don’t. No support was provided at all.

Pros

Welcoming to dogs Costly luxurious office spaces High-quality gym facilities

Cons

Scout, as a company, aims to achieve a quarterly profit margin of 10-15% by prioritizing internal cost reduction measures. Regrettably, this pursuit has resulted in the gradual replacement of previously effective tools with the Microsoft suite, disregarding the staff's proficiency in utilizing these tools effectively. Despite the commendable qualities of the IT group, they often prove to be inefficient in handling basic requests, requiring staff members to approach the service bar for updates on their inquiries. Although executives may talk about their accomplishments, they fail to establish meaningful connections with the staff they are meant to serve. Dealing with core product issues within the company presents a challenge due to the lack of organizational structure, impeding efforts to address even the simplest of problems. Inconsistent benefits, e.g. English classes is offered during the day, but the same cannot be said for German.
