Poor performance is the norm. Keep a low profile and keep a job.
Cons
Management team is arrogant, isolated and totally dysfunctional. Failure is the norm not the exception. They will cut your pay or your job to create illusion of management performance and meet their artificial targets to keep their own compensation.
