Despite the lacking pay and competence of management, Scratch Academy (as opposed to their events/corporate division) is a great place to work. It's an ideal place for a college student and great for picking up other DJ's tips, tricks, and tunes. The community feeling between employees and with the Academy's students is great.
Cons
Extreme disorganization. Myriad amounts of schedule conflicts, unforseen nuances, and mess. At times, employees feel like these things are beyond their control, which they often are.
