they have no loyalty to their employees what so ever... back stabbing encouraged! any of these positive reviews are obviously fake. toxic culture, toxic people... you're better off just not

Remote work, flexibility, pretty much it.

Cons

CEO and COO are a nightmare to work with, you have no say in anything because they get the last laugh. Work is ran through them, and if you don’t kiss a** then you’re not getting anywhere here. Company itself is staying afloat by loyal team members that are underpaid. As you can see from other reviews they lie about stock options, and will cut anyone without notice. There are plenty of other options elsewhere. They rarely hire anyone, and I’ve seen no real growth in my time there.

They lied about equity/stock options, bonuses, upward mobility then fired nearly all of their loyal team because of Covid and people asking for the benefits they were initially told would be given after they were hired.
