      Pros

      Product and mission go hand-in-hand. Opportunities to grow professionally and build skill sets . Talented and dedicated co-workers while previously offering Hybrid/Remote option during the pandemic. Perks were nice before it changed.

      Cons

      Direction of the company has changed multiple times in the last few years and can't seem to stick. HIGH turnover rate and overworked/burnt-out employees Huge favoritism issue by leadership and inconsistent job expectations. Unsuccessful transfer of knowledge for training and team building. CEO and HR is a conflict of interest.
