      Pros

      It was great to work with them. I really enjoyed the team and their positive attitudes as well as the fast turn around time for payment.

      Cons

      I don't think there are any cons. As a freelancer I didn't get too much in depth with the inter-workings of the company but everyone was nice.

      Pros

      Fellow employees are some of (if not the) best in their field. The general vibe is creative, collaborative and friendly. The Chiefs are accessible and valuable mentors. Roles and responsibilities are well defined and managed considering the fluid nature of B2B media services. Executives encourage taking vacation time, which is needed in a challenging job. Vacation time is above average. The company's clients are top notch (many household names) and professional to work with.

      Cons

      There can be long days and travel for bigger projects. It's a competitive field.

      Great Co-workers, C-Suite needs better people skills

      Pros

      The people doing the hands-on work are great. The co-worker atmosphere is fun, creative, nerdy, and talented. Because this is an interactive media company, there are a few perks like free music, concert tickets, etc.

      Cons

      The COO of the company is seriously lacking in people and motivational skills. He leads by aggression and it's not uncommon to hear him screaming obscenities through the thin walls. Because of this, the environment for getting to know your co-workers is stifled. The pay for the caliber of work going on is below average. The HR manager lack professionalism.
