Pros

Great work experience, prestigious clients, professional work environment by and large, good office space.

Cons

WFH policies are not competitive, design output quality is constrained by legacy working methodologies and internal dev team's skill level. Day to day operations are sometimes subject to the knee-jerk whims of upper management. At one point they asked the employees to put up Glassdoor reviews in an effort to increase their rating... that says a lot. But the red flags are rare tbh.

Pros

Collaborative culture- The team is very supportive and always ready to lend a hand. Learning opportunities- good projects to land on and show skills, and learn from the experience

Cons

Current salary structure and policy may not be entirely aligned with industry standards.

Pros

The team has a collaborative atmosphere, and people are generally willing to help out when needed. Flexible working hours, which help maintain a decent work-life balance. Projects offer opportunities to work on diverse products, so you can build a versatile portfolio.

Cons

Career growth can feel a bit slow, especially if you're looking for more leadership roles or mentorship in design. Communication between departments is sometimes inconsistent, which can create bottlenecks in the design process. Design input isn't always prioritized, and it can be frustrating when creative decisions are overruled by management or development teams. Compensation and benefits are average compared to industry standards, so it might not be the most competitive offer for UI designers looking for long-term growth.
