Poor management, HR cannot handle conflict resolutions and would attack fellow employees. Laxed covid response, low respect for employees. Excessive gossip & closed door dealings. It can be a good workplace depending on whos team you are on.
Its a great place to work if you arent anti-authority and desire to fulfill your agreements. Employees who work hard always excell at SCC. The pay is fair, lower by the hour than some others, but insurance cost is LOW.
Cons
Kinda dirty. The facility generates a lot of dust, grease, etc. So your hands tend to get dirty.
