The company is bad. when they interviewed they claimed that they have office in Chennai but currently all are working from home. but after joining only came to know that this company doesn't have an office only. you can be transparent about this in interview itself. no induction or training given properly. some colleagues are rude when they talk. Mostly testing persons when some doubt is asked and senior manager person. I didn't want to mention names but please correct this behavior. no employee wellness, no benefits and no engagement activities. also HR person does not know anything and whenever we asked anything, she only said she will check with the manager. since I joined, i did not know who is the management. only one senior manager person spoke during the interview and the HR said there is ceo, director and board of directors but i did not see or speak with anyone. management should talk to employees and understand their problems. are you waiting for them to come and talk to you? since I joined most employees told me how the management is not friendly and not supporting their own employees.

Nothing significant. But you need to be a self-starter to reap huge benefits
