      Pros

      Great team, funny, some of the friends I made there are friends for life.

      Cons

      Once someone makes manager they are untouchable. I have seen several that are controlling, micromanaging, and honestly bullies.

      Great overall corporate culture, with amazing break rooms and free beer at parties.

      Some departments seem to be moving more toward a Jack Welch style rank 'em and yank 'em management style.
