Pros

Good co-workers and a friendly environment to work in.

Hired as a Tier 2 Support Tech. It was more like Tier 1, incoming calls with headsets for 8 hrs. This role was far from anything I have done in the past 10 years in Desktop Support Tier 2, poor outdated material for troubleshooting documentation, as All their stuff is Proprietary and has little documentation available. After 3 months with them I had about enough, one Friday evening a week before Christmas, I got a call at home and was let go. Still not sure why, it doesn't matter anyway, I was glad to leave there. Because of low chances to move up, there is much back stabbing at times. No Telling who is someone you can talk with there and who will throw you under the bus, which happens there a lot.
