Pros

No positives to be listed.

Cons

There is a lack of communication and transparency from the senior leadership team which drives a toxic culture. Employees are all overworked, with expectations to work ridiculous hours. When people leave, more work is expected of existing employees to make up for the shortfall instead of recruiting. Senior leadership team are only bothered about maximising profits with no genuine care about employee wellbeing - some of them don’t even acknowledge your presence or bother to speak to you when they arrive in the morning. When the firm asks for feedback from staff this is just a tick box exercise and constructive feedback is never acted on.

Pros

Great client base across many sectors

Cons

Toxic men in power, who show very little empathy towards employees. Everything is about keeping up appearances rather than treating staff correctly. HR have a massive conflict of interest given that they report into the partners. Awful culture and people only do things to benefit themselves not the wider team
