Loves eSports. Employees not so much.

Pros

If you’re into gaming and the eSports community, you’ll enjoy this job. Unless you’re a production employee.

Cons

Work/life balance is pretty non-existent. Instead of hiring enough workers (for fear of having to pay too many people when the work slows down) Scuf has garnished a reputation as a pretty undesirable place to work. The powers that be are more worried about numbers than putting out a quality product. Way more is spent on the back end fixing problems as opposed to addressing them from the start.

Misdirection - Toxic Environment

Pros

Flexible scheduling & an environment of passionate gamers, good compensation which is competitive for the local market.

Cons

An inexperienced CMO, toxic behaviors, a horrible HR, an uncaring and very money motivated CEO, product launches with absolutely no preparation - products which break shortly after warranty expires, high level marketing execs which have absolutely no understanding of gaming or the gamer market. - Meetings as a way of producing a faux impression of productivity.

Pros

Nothing really, unless you enjoy video games then the controllers is ok.

Cons

CEO only cares about money not people, will fire people for no reason, was hired and once sales started dropping, they start firing people, once all the big projects are done. I would avoid this place at all cost if you are looking for a long term job, will only keep you a few months. A lot of people leave for better jobs and the benefits here are horrible. lack of management skills all over the place. Cheaply made product and 200+ dollars, discount is horrible. Save your money and time dont work here and if you want an elite gaming controller go with the Xbox One Elite over this ones
