      Pros

      Nothing, the CEO will soon enough bankrupt the company. Good people simply just go away when they see the disaster

      Cons

      C-Level all wrong; specially the CEO, lacks good judgement and only hires yes man people. No product; terrible delivery, back office all kids, only those friends of Valles survive

      Pros

      HAD....some wonderful people working for the company. Management can't hold on to the good ones....

      Cons

      Management has favourites and plays games...they don't care about shareholder value. The focus is very short term. Can't deliver on projects. Disappoints customers, poor at communicating information to clients, white labels most products.
