Company cares for the professional development of its employees by sponsoring courses and update their services always. Salary unfortunately not lucrative since we go wjth the PRB research Bureau as a national body for review once every five years. Upgrading course is ongoing which is a great factor to keep pace with the 21st century Education demand. Online teaching have been introduced along with teaching in presential
Cons
Salary and benefits are not to ones expectation compared to the load of work and content input year round. Equipments and teaching tools as well as ressources to keep pace with the ongoing competition facing the child as he grows. We really need innovation in all aspect of our teaching set up to benchmark with other countries.
