Pros
Great people. Talented and motivated folks who genuinely wanted the place to succeed.
Cons
As of July there was a 20% layoff in the company due to unsuccessful fundraising attempts and very poorly performing product set that have no prospects of becoming market viable. Everyone in the director to middle manager level left the company over a 5 month period prior to layoffs. Company relies very largely on gimmicky videos of things it cant do to drum up very limited sales. Pilot programs don’t result in new customers just further rejections of a poor product. Finally the worst of it is that the executive level people made it seem that all was ok just up until the abrupt layoffs, essentially lied to everyone.
